Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, and empower a team of field reimbursement directors supporting access, coverage, and reimbursement across physician office, ambulatory infusion center, hospital outpatient department, and home treatment.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture with accountability, innovation, and purposeful urgency.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and professional development.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Field Reimbursement on strategy, tactics, messaging aligned to Market Access priorities, and development of key performance metrics.
- Use analytics and reporting dashboards to identify regional access/reimbursement issues and collaborate with Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, and Market Access on action plans.
- Deliver consistent guidance (team calls, field ride-alongs, meetings) to ensure compliant use of tools/materials to educate healthcare professionals.
- Serve as the escalation point for regional access and reimbursement challenges.
- Maintain relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs); monitor LCDs and NCDs.
- Ensure team compliance with appropriate ways of working across cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience required.
- 8+ years field reimbursement experience in a โ€˜buy and billโ€™ environment required.
- 3+ years leading a field reimbursement team or managing a field-based team preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits across payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, VA/DoD) and sites of care.
- Established MAC relationships highly preferred.
- Proven ability to identify access/reimbursement barriers and design resolution plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative matrix.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Self-starter; enthusiastic about rare disease and aligned with core values.
- Must reside in or live in close proximity to the designated area of responsibility.
