Position Summary
- Lead the strategy, performance, and development of the Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) team to ensure patients can start and stay on therapy without unnecessary delay.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an FRM team; set performance expectations tied to patient impact and business priorities.
- Define and execute a national field reimbursement strategy with consistent, high-quality territorial support.
- Drive accountability using metrics (time to therapy initiation, PA approval rates, appeal success, patient onboarding progression, etc.).
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy to address access barriers.
- Analyze field trends across payers/regions/provider types; escalate patterns and recommend interventions.
- Build external relationships with neurology practices, specialty pharmacies, and access stakeholders.
- Recruit, coach, and retain reimbursement talent.

Qualifications and Key Success Factors
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 6+ years of reimbursement and access experience.
- 3+ years managing field reimbursement teams.
- Experience in rare disease and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) models.
- Expertise in pharmacy benefit design (commercial/government), PA/appeals, and specialty pharmacy workflows.
- Experience with neurology/CNS-focused practices (strongly preferred).
- Experience with inpatient access and high-cost medication scenarios.
- Ability to translate field insights into scalable, measurable strategy.
- Strong executive presence; high integrity and compliance mindset.
- Travel 40–60%.

Annualized Base Salary
- $225,000–$240,000 USD
