OBJECTIVE
- Lead US Field Medical Readiness & Enablement within US Field Medical leadership; drive scientific engagement and medical impact with HCPs; elevate capabilities through department-wide programs aligned to US Medical priorities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Onboarding/training/development: develop onboarding, training, and competency assessment standards/processes; design and deliver core skills/competencies training; partner with HR on people-leader competencies (coaching, executive presence, influence, matrix leadership).
- Innovation: track external innovation trends via industry involvement; benchmark performance and drive improvements; oversee launch-excellence framework/processes; oversee research support framework/processes for compliant Takeda-sponsored research.
- Operations/digital/internal communications: oversee KOL/HCP engagement monitoring framework (with Legal/Ethics); manage annual external engagement planning/approval; develop US Field Medical SOPs/guidance; optimize adoption of data analytics/digital tools including AI; evolve insights capture/translation/internal communication; communicate CRM enhancement needs; maintain communications plan and reporting dashboards/templates.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: Masterโ€™s in health sciences (minimum); 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; proven strategic/analytical thinking, innovation, project leadership, change implementation; teamwork and influence in matrix; ability to manage/lead/mentor; excellent written/verbal communication and organization; executive presence; tech/analytics proficiency; digital tools including AI; experience designing/implementing skills/competencies training; vendor management; understanding of compliance/ethical/legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Preferred: Doctoral degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent); Medical Affairs and Field Medical experience.

TRAVEL
- Up to 40% (including some overnight/weekend).

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS (as stated)
- U.S. base salary range: $192,400โ€“$302,390.
- Incentives and eligibility for medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, paid holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; vacation up to 120 hours for new hires.
