Director, Field Enablement Planning & Execution
Role Summary
- Own and oversee end-to-end field enablement planning and execution, including accelerated and multi-indication launches, large-scale field structure transformations, and field readiness efforts.
- Establish the operating model and standards for field readiness; drive timely decisions and cross-functional constraint resolution to ensure consistent, compliant execution at scale.
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors and Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Set field readiness strategy and multi-year roadmap for launches, restructures, and US market initiatives; define βgoodβ and enable repeatable delivery at scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure field readiness for launches and business priority changes.
- Build and execute business process documentation approaches to increase process awareness, ensure continuity, and identify simplification opportunities.
- Identify/map dependencies across field readiness workstreams affecting sales enablement processes.
- Serve as senior strategic/operational SME, shaping outcomes through negotiation, alignment, and leadership across senior stakeholders.
- Implement new processes and capabilities for Field Readiness; improve efficiency in core project management.
- Manage a portfolio of transformations and partner across Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Marketing, HR, Compliance, L&D, Sales Ops, Commercial Apps, Communications, Alignments, Incentive Comp, and HH Data Science.
Qualifications & Skills
- BS required; MS/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in sales operations, sales information, territory design, field sales, account management, or supporting field/account management.
- Knowledge of program management.
- Enterprise-scale program leadership with multiple workstreams, complex dependencies, and governance.
- Strong program/project management (portfolio prioritization, governance design, risk management).
- Executive-level communication; ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear decisions and plans.
- Proven influence/negotiation at senior levels; leadership without authority.
- Process-minded with attention to detail; build sustainable, repeatable ways of working.
- Vendor management experience; independent, agile, growth mindset.

Benefits / Compensation (as stated)

- Salary range: $190,800.00β$300,300.00.
