Director Field Access Managers

Role: Director, Field Access Managers within the Patient Services team, leading a team of 10 to optimize patient access to Insmed’s therapies for serious and rare diseases. Responsibilities: develop and coach a high-performing team, establish strategic objectives aligned with company values, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Patient Support), and ensure compliance with reimbursement and coverage policies. Serve as reimbursement expert, analyzing payer data and market trends to improve access strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles including field reimbursement and market access, with 3+ years in leadership. Preferred: experience with specialty and rare diseases, product launch, and navigating prescription patient journeys.
