Responsibilities:
- Set and lead enterprise executive compensation strategy, design, governance, and delivery (base pay, annual incentive, long-term incentive, executive benefits/perquisites).
- Advise CEO/CHRO/CFO and senior leaders; partner with Board Compensation & Benefits Committee.
- Own executive compensation policy and global operating rhythms; manage regulatory filings/disclosures.
- Lead executive market benchmarking and pay-for-performance competitive intelligence (peer design, pay level interpretation).
- Oversee executive lifecycle compensation decisions/administration (reviews, promotions, offers, transitions, separations).
- Own executive compensation disclosure strategy (CD&A, proxy statement tables, support for other public filings).
- Support proxy advisor engagement readiness (e.g., ISS, Glass Lewis) with modeling/scenario planning.
- Monitor executive compensation regulation/accounting-tax impacts/shareholder voting trends and translate insights into program recommendations.
- Lead executive compensation communications strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance/Accounting, Tax, Audit, Total Rewards, independent consultant) to ensure governance/compliance.
- Build/lead/coach a high-performing executive compensation team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12+ years executive & equity compensation experience; 5+ years people leadership.
- Exceptional communication; discretion; ability to synthesize complex inputs and deliver executive-ready materials.
- Strong analytical/financial/governance acumen; proven cross-functional partnership; ability to lead multiple workstreams.

Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree in HR/Business/Finance/Economics (or related).
- Experience in a highly regulated, publicly traded global company; healthcare/life sciences preferred.

Benefits (time off, subject to policy/date of hire):
