Director, Executive Compensation (Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN)

Purpose:
Responsible for enterprise strategy, design, governance, and delivery of executive compensation programs (base pay, annual incentive, long-term incentive, executive benefits/perquisites). Own global executive compensation policy and operating rhythms; provide strategic counsel to CEO/CHRO/CFO and senior leadership; partner with the Board Compensation & Benefits Committee; ensure alignment to business strategy, talent outcomes, shareholder expectations, and regulatory/competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own global executive compensation philosophy and program architecture.
- Advise senior leadership on pay decisions, governance, risk, and market-informed recommendations.
- Lead materials and recommendations for CEO/CHRO/CFO and Board committee (annual cycles, special topics, ad hoc).
- Oversee executive market benchmarking and competitive intelligence (peer design; pay-for-performance outcomes).
- Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes/tools/governance.
- Oversee executive lifecycle compensation decisions/administration (reviews, promotions, offers, transitions, separation arrangements).
- Own disclosure strategy and delivery (CD&A, proxy tables, public filings).
- Prepare for proxy advisor engagement (ISS/Glass Lewis) with modeling/scenario planning.
- Monitor compensation regulation/disclosure/accounting-tax implications and shareholder voting trends.
- Set compensation communications strategy.
- Lead cross-functional governance/compliance with Legal/Finance/Tax/Audit/Total Rewards and Board independent consultant.
- Build and develop the executive compensation team.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12+ years progressive experience in executive/equity compensation (global program design, governance, delivery).
- 5+ years people leadership.
- Strong executive-ready communication; discretion with sensitive information.
- Analytical/financial/governance acumen; ability to synthesize complex inputs into decisions.
- Proven finance partnership (pay-for-performance, dilution/overhang, accounting impacts).

Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree in HR/Business/Finance/Economics (or related).
- Experience in a highly regulated publicly traded global company; healthcare/life sciences preferred.
