Responsibilities:
- Serve as a compliance business partner for Solta Medical and Ortho Dermatologics in the U.S.; design and implement an effective healthcare compliance program aligned with U.S. laws, regulations, and industry codes.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training consistent with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.
- Advise and counsel business leadership on potential compliance risks.
- Review and pre-authorize transactions per company policy (e.g., HCP engagements, commercial sponsorships, grant/IIS reviews, medical device training events).
- Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in coordination with the U.S. Region Compliance Officer.
- Support compliance training and communications for Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other departments.
- Maintain/enhance Physician Payments Sunshine Act transparency reporting processes.
- Support cross-border activities initiated by U.S.-based personnel.
- Execute compliance monitoring (e.g., ride-alongs, speaker program observations, advisory boards, sponsorship activities, and third-party due diligence).
- Investigate suspected violations of the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
- In partnership with the privacy officer, evaluate and mitigate data privacy risks.
- Analyze metrics with business unit leaders to raise awareness and remediate compliance gaps.
- Participate in annual healthcare compliance risk assessments; maintain regular compliance committee meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years U.S. healthcare compliance experience (medical device preferred), diagnostic, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Law degree preferred; 4+ years U.S. healthcare compliance experience (medical device preferred), diagnostic, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Compliance/Legal background with strong business partnership orientation.
- Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations, including Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Payments Sunshine Act, medical device/pharmaceutical promotion laws, AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and PhRMA Code.
- Robust communication skills, including live training experience.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple management levels and external advisors.
- Experience with internal monitoring and misconduct investigations.

Compensation:
- Base pay range: $178K–$245K; eligible for annual bonus program or sales incentive plan.
