Director, Enterprise Learning & Development

Role: Lead enterprise learning and development strategy at Alnylam, focusing on building scalable, innovative programs leveraging AI and data to enhance workforce capabilities, including AI upskilling. Responsibilities: shape long-term learning vision aligned with business goals; integrate generative and agentic AI into learning solutions; design impactful, accessible experiences that promote behavior change; embed learning into talent practices; measure impact through metrics; build external partnerships to expand learning efforts. Requirements: 8–10+ years in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness; bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Learning, OD, I/O Psychology, or related field; proven success in designing enterprise-wide strategies with clear business impact; experience with AI, automation, and data platforms; strong stakeholder management, communication, and program management skills.
