Director, Enterprise Learning & Development

Role: Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at Alnylam, leading the design and execution of scalable, innovative learning strategies aligned with company growth and transformation goals. Responsibilities include integrating AI and data-driven technologies into enterprise-wide learning, fostering AI literacy, and building adaptive, personalized learning experiences to enhance employee capabilities across global teams.
