Director, EEDI Business Lead- Commercial

Role: Lead the design and execution of Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) strategies within a key AbbVie function, partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders. Responsibilities: develop and implement EEDI strategies, manage councils, co-design inclusive programs, drive cross-functional alignment, embed systemic change in talent processes, advise on best practices, leverage workforce data and analytics for measurable impact, and ensure governance compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years in EEDI initiatives with 5+ years in leadership or consulting roles; experience translating trends into practices; proven stakeholder facilitation skills; deep understanding of EEDI in complex organizations; strong communication and project management skills. Preferred: advanced degree or EEDI certification.
