About the role:
- As part of the Patient Value Access team, report to the Vice President US Market Access and partner with commercial and operational functions.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage PVA capabilities to optimize access and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to establish relationships with population health decision makers (PHDMs) to enable portfolio access and enhance the patient journey.
- Apply expert knowledge of cancer care complexity, including reimbursement policy, care delivery trends, and the competitive landscape, to inform and shape commercial strategy.
- Lead a national field team of Directors Strategic Accounts (DSAMs) to execute PVA priorities.
- Collaborate with internal matrix partners to deliver company initiatives and priorities.
- Build/maintain relationships across oncology customer segments (community accounts/networks, medically integrated dispensing, oncology pathways, IDNs, institutional/academic cancer centers, Oncology GPOs).
- Lead cross-functional development and tracking of strategic account plans, performance reporting, stakeholder relationship management, organizational collaboration, and talent development.
- Align brand priorities with customer priorities to enable access and an optimal patient journey using clinical/economic and coverage/value data.
- Engage accounts to enable optimal access, including understanding processes, protocol development, and product placement on pathways and/or within EMR/order sets/formularies.
- Identify and execute ways to enhance oncology partnerships and conduct pull-through activities supporting PVA and brand strategies.
- Demonstrate leadership across stakeholder organizations to enhance value of Takeda Oncology beyond products.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; 10+ years industry experience.
- 3+ years overseeing Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPO accounts, including knowledge of in-office and medically integrated dispensing.
- 3+ years as an Oncology Field Sales leader with proven matrix-team success.
- 5+ years focused oncology account management knowledge of the oncology marketplace, access influencers, and community oncology driving value/access/profitability.
- Strong customer orientation, account management expertise, and networking skills; value/access B2B experience desired.
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams; proactively identify trends and channel dynamics to develop impactful access programs.

Travel Requirements:
- 70% travel, including weekends for conferences as necessary.
