Patient Value Access (PVA) – Oncology (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Leverage PVA capabilities to optimize access and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Build relationships with population health decision makers (PHDMs) to enable access and improve the patient journey.
- Use expertise in cancer care complexity (reimbursement policy, care delivery trends, competitive landscape) to inform commercial strategy.
- Lead a national field team of Directors Strategic Accounts (DSAMs) to execute PVA priorities.
- Collaborate with internal matrix partners to deliver initiatives and priorities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across oncology customer segments (community accounts, medically integrated dispensing, oncology pathways, IDNs, institutional/academic cancer centers, Oncology GPOs).
- Lead cross-functional development/tracking of strategic account plans, performance reporting, organizational collaboration, stakeholder management, and talent development.
- Align brand priorities with customer priorities using clinical/economic and coverage/value data.
- Enable access via account engagement (processes, protocol development, and placement on pathways/EMR/order sets/formularies).
- Enhance oncology partnerships and execute pull-through activities.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management/Marketing or related) + 10+ years industry experience.
- 3+ years managing Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPOs (knowledge of in-office and medically integrated dispensing).
- 3+ years oncology field sales leadership in a matrix environment.
- 5+ years focused account management in oncology marketplace/access influencers/community oncology.
- Strong customer/account management and networking; value/access B2B experience desired.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate trends/channel dynamics into access programs.

Travel
- 70% travel (including weekends for conferences as necessary).
