Primary Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute omnichannel marketing strategies for Acadia’s rare disease portfolio (including DAYBUE), driving measurable engagement with patients, caregivers, and HCPs.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end HCP “next best action” omnichannel plan using market/performance data.
- Lead digital alignment and thought leadership across channels for Caregivers and HCPs.
- Build omnichannel strategies across social, web, mobile, online advertising, SEO, apps, loyalty, and integrate with offline touchpoints.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage core digital tools (CMS, email, lead gen, marketing automation, content publishing, social listening, monitoring/measurement).
- Monitor/analyze cross-channel performance and provide optimization insights; manage social listening tools.
- Create digital measurement plans; build digital/AI subject matter knowledge and standards.
- Partner with Insights/Analytics/Operations and serve as a bridge to IT partners.
- Manage agency relationships.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, IS, CS, Business Administration, or related); MBA/MS a plus.
- ~10 years progressive marketing experience; 3 years in pharma/biotech (or equivalent education/experience).
Must Possess:
- 10+ years digital marketing/media planning/execution and marketing automation/marketing (3+ years pharma/biotech).
- Regulatory/data governance knowledge (MLR review; CCPA/CPRA/GDPR).
- Experience in patient/consumer/physician engagement; Marketo/ActiveCampaign/Marketing Cloud; Google Analytics; HTML/CSS; strong analytics and communication.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
