Role Summary

Director, Digital Enterprise Capabilities Strategic Partner, US Business (Remote) leads the Digital Enterprise Capabilities function as the strategic partner to Jazzโ€™s Commercial organization. You will manage the portfolio of Commercial data and technology projects to support Customer Experience evolution, product launches, and brand growth opportunities across US business units. The role collaborates with Commercial Business Operations, Analytics, and Market Access to deliver capabilities for field teams and customers, and serves as a trusted advisor to the Commercial Leadership Team to manage risks, dependencies, mitigations, and change management for data and technology initiatives. You will help develop and embed the Product Operating Model across the DEC team and Commercial support functions to accelerate time to value and minimize duplication.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor and business partner for the Commercial Leadership team with a mutual accountability for achieving the Commercial goals.
  • While leading a team, develop key talent and provide clear roles and responsibilities with a shared vision that will drive accountability and a pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver key platforms and capabilities (e.g., CRM, Marketing Capabilities, dashboards, etc.) that enable better customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Commercial functions to formulate and prioritize ideas, influence key decisions, allocate resources/budget for initiatives, and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage the Commercial data and technology strategy and roadmap across BUs; identifying key risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and enhance the Product Operating Model to be implemented across the DEC team and Commercial support functions to accelerate the time to value and minimize duplication of effort.
  • Establish guiding principles, best practices, and governance processes in support of our internal operating model and an elastic outsourcing model.

Qualifications

  • Required: Demonstrated ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration across sales, marketing, and other Commercial functions to drive change with impact.
  • Required: Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Required: Proven ability to lead within a Product Operating Model inclusive of user feedback assessment, value and viability definition, and product roadmap creation.
  • Required: Experienced in navigating ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Required: Proven track record of leading and delivering large, complex projects.
  • Required: Demonstrated leadership success in management, including building and/or leading a team or department.
  • Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required: Set clear priorities to meet timelines, to motivate others, and to manage budgets.
  • Required: Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and strategic abilities.
  • Preferred: Domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical commercial or healthcare area is desired.
