Location: East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA (not remote). Requires ~10% travel (domestic and/or international).

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction of a neuromuscular brand using insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize performance.
- Integrate/synthesize insights across Insights & Analytics to deliver comprehensive, actionable recommendations aligned to brand objectives, including rare disease approaches/models.
- Lead and pressure-test data-driven insights in IPST discussions and decision-making; craft brand narrative for IPST and senior leadership.
- Serve as primary strategic thought partner/POC for IPST and General Management; drive consistent communication and alignment.
- Lead the Insights & Analytics POD at product level; collaborate across I&A pillars and with other neuromuscular product illuminators.
- Support insight generation and analysis across the full product lifecycle; translate GM analytics into actionable brand strategies.
- Integrate performance and predictive analytics (KPIs/root cause; scenarios/simulations) to address business issues.
- Support above-brand initiatives to build rare disease capabilities.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with deep brand management, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong therapeutic area strategy, product lifecycle management, and early-stage asset planning (ideally established + launch).
- 5+ years in relevant analytics/insights areas (e.g., secondary/primary analytics, data science, field insights, market access/patient service analytics), preferably rare diseases.
- Ability to synthesize complex multi-source data into actionable, business-aligned insights across the product lifecycle.
- Cross-functional leadership; influence without authority; excellent communication with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in insight/hypothesis generation, behavioral science, data science, and research methodologies.

Preferred:
- Experience with rare diseases.
