Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction of a neuromuscular brand using insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize performance.
- Integrate and synthesize insights from Insights & Analytics to deliver comprehensive, actionable recommendations aligned to brand objectives, including rare disease approaches.
- Serve as primary strategic thought partner and point of contact for Integrated Product Strategy Team (IPST) and General Management (GM); drive brand performance narrative and ensure alignment.
- Participate in IPST discussions and decision-making by contributing data-driven insights, challenging assumptions, and refining strategy.
- Lead the product-level Insights & Analytics POD by directing and synthesizing information across I&A pillars.
- Coordinate with other neuromuscular product illuminators to identify synergistic opportunities across brands.
- Support insight generation and analysis across the product lifecycle; pressure-test recommendations for robustness and quality.
- Integrate performance and predictive analytics (KPIs/drivers, root cause, scenarios/simulations) to address business issues.
- Support above-brand initiatives to build rare disease capabilities.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with deep understanding of brand management, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong background in therapeutic area strategy, product lifecycle management, and early-stage asset planning (experience with established and launch products preferred).
- 5+ years domain expertise in strategic analytics areas (secondary analytics, data science, primary research, field analytics, market access/patient service analytics, management consulting)โ€”preferably rare diseases.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, business-aligned insights.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority; excellent communication with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in insight/hypothesis generation, behavioral science, and primary/secondary research methods.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments; adapt to changing priorities.

Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA; not remote. Requires ~10% travel.
