Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to integrate clear, actionable ERC guidance into operations and training strategies for assigned customer-facing (CF) teams.
- Collaborate with CF stakeholders on innovative/complex CF strategies to identify, assess, and support effective management of risks.
- Proactively monitor the US healthcare environment, enforcement trends, and compliance programs; analyze CF team strategies and applicable ERC policies to share insights.
- Serve as a knowledge expert on Novartis healthcare compliance policies, procedures, and CIA requirements and how they apply to associates’ roles and responsibilities.
- Build trusted relationships across CF associates to promote a “Speak Up” culture; identify and resolve areas where ERC policies are unclear.
- Engage with CF leaders and associates to understand challenges of field-based CF roles and strengthen a culture of compliance and ethical decision-making.
- Partner with Operations/IDS/Training teams to evaluate customer interaction data, identify trends, and mitigate key/emerging risks.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area; MBA or other relevant advanced degree/certification preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech; consulting, compliance, or legal counseling (or combination).
- 2+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory counseling for pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech.
- 2+ years in communications or training role (e.g., developing and delivering learning curriculum).

- Salary expected range: $176,400–$327,600 per year (subject to review and market/company factors); performance-based cash incentive; possible eligibility for annual equity awards.
