Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end National Accounts Orals contracting support (project management, contract analytics/performance, QBRs, GPO Toolbox, contract strategy/development).
- Build and manage HQ execution model for community oncology customer programs and promotional initiatives; act as primary liaison with Brand/Portfolio Marketing.
- Drive National Accounts promotional/programmatic opportunities; lead budgeting and tactical planning recommendations; ensure execution with NADs and brand teams.
- Develop oncology market/community oncology subject-matter expertise; train/educate HQ colleagues and relevant teams.
- Co-develop strategic account and stakeholder plans (e.g., GPOs, Pathways organizations).
- Monitor promotional programs for compliance.
- Support Operating Plan and national/regional meeting and other strategic project work with the National Accounts TL/OAG Lead.
- Align HQ stakeholders on national account strategy connecting directors, brand/portfolio marketers, contracting, PA, and KAD.
- Develop and track KPIs/metrics; ensure SOPs are met; manage customer budget and quarterly forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in channel management, strategic/operations planning, and/or analytics/modeling.
Preferred:
- Oncology marketplace experience; account management/account support experience.
- Managed Care or Customer Strategy experience; healthcare market knowledge.
