Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end National Accounts Orals contracting: project management, contract analytics, QBRs/GPO Toolbox, contract strategy/development.
- Develop and manage HQ execution model for community oncology customer programs/promotional efforts; serve as primary National Accounts liaison to Brand/Portfolio Marketing.
- Deliver promotional/programmatic opportunities; lead budgeting and tactical planning recommendations with NAD support; ensure execution with NADs and brand teams.
- Build expertise in oncology market dynamics/community oncology model; train/educate HQ colleagues, KADs, and other CFCs.
- Co-develop strategic account/stakeholder plans for GPOs, Pathways organizations, etc.
- Monitor promotional programs for compliance.
- Support Operating Plan and National/Regional Meetings and other project-based work with the National Accounts TL and OAG Lead.
- Align HQ stakeholders to develop national account strategy connecting key functions (Directors, Brand/Portfolio, Contracting, PA, KAD).
- Develop/track KPIs with analytics teams; ensure compliance with operating SOPs.
- Manage customer budget; ensure quarterly forecasts are developed and met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years channel management, strategic/operations planning and/or analytics/modeling.

Preferred:
- Oncology marketplace experience; account management/support experience.
- Managed Care/Customer Strategy experience and healthcare market knowledge.

Comp/Benefits (as stated):
- Base salary: $176,600–$294,300; bonus target 20% of base; 401(k) with Pfizer match; retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
