Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end support of National Accounts Orals contracting process (with National Accounts TL, NADs, and cross-functional partners including Brand & Portfolio Marketing, finance, PA, USMA, and legal), including project management, contract analytics, contract performance (QBRs, GPO Toolbox), and contract strategy/development.
- Develop and manage a disciplined HQ execution model for community oncology customer programs, promotional efforts, and initiatives; serve as primary National Accounts liaison with Brand and Portfolio Marketing.
- Deliver National Accounts customer promotional and programmatic opportunities to brand teams; lead budgeting; make tactical planning recommendations with support from NADs; ensure execution with NADs and brand teams.
- Develop subject matter expertise in oncology market dynamics and the community oncology business model; support training/education of HQ colleagues, KADs, and other CFCs.
- Co-develop comprehensive strategic account and stakeholder plans for National Oncology Accounts (e.g., GPOs, Pathways organizations).
- Monitor promotional programs to ensure compliance.
- Support National Accounts TL and OAG Lead for project-based work, including Operating Plan and National/Regional Meeting support and other strategic initiatives.
- Align headquarters stakeholders to develop an aligned national account strategy connecting National Account Directors, Brand Marketers, Portfolio Marketers, Contracting, PA, and KAD.
- Develop and track KPIs/metrics in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Ensure compliance and operating SOPs are met with integrity.
- Manage organized customer budget and ensure quarterly forecasts are developed and met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of channel management, strategic/operations planning, and/or analytics/modeling experience.
- Track record of strong performance, teamwork, and creativity.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Decisive; strong execution and project management skills; proactive and able to work under tight timelines.
- Ability to collaborate across functional areas; ability to manage/prioritize multiple activities.
- Leadership experience preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the Oncology marketplace.
- Experience in account management or account management support functions.
- Managed Care or Customer Strategy experience and in-depth understanding of the healthcare market.

Salary range:
- $176,600 to $294,300 (annual base salary).
