Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end support of National Accounts Orals contracting process, including project management, contract analytics, contract performance (QBRs, GPO Toolbox), and contract strategy/development.
- Develop and manage a disciplined model for HQ execution on community oncology customer programs, promotional efforts, and other initiatives; serve as primary National Accounts liaison with Brand and Portfolio Marketing.
- Deliver National Accounts promotional/programmatic opportunities to brand teams; lead budgeting and tactical planning recommendations with support from NADs; ensure execution with NADs and brand teams.
- Develop subject matter expertise in oncology market dynamics and the community oncology business model; support continuous training/education for select HQ colleagues (KADs/CFCs) on evolving dynamics impacting patient care.
- Co-develop strategic account and stakeholder plans for National Oncology Accounts (e.g., GPOs, Pathways organizations).
- Monitor promotional programs to ensure compliance.
- Support National Accounts TL and OAG Lead for project-based work, including Operating Plan and National/Regional meeting support and other strategic initiatives.
- Align with HQ stakeholders to develop an aligned national account strategy connecting National Account Directors, Brand Marketers, Portfolio Marketers, Contracting, PA, and KAD.
- Develop and track KPIs/metrics with analytics teams.
- Ensure compliance and operating SOPs are met with integrity.
- Manage organized customer budget; ensure quarterly forecasts are developed and met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years channel management and/or strategic/operations planning and/or analytics/modeling experience.

Skills/Experience (required & preferred):
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking; strong verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated execution and project management; proactive with ability to work under tight timelines.
- Teamwork/collaboration across functional areas; ability to act decisively and manage/prioritize multiple activities.
- Strong leadership experience preferred.
- Preferred: Oncology marketplace experience; account management or support functions; Managed Care or Customer Strategy experience and in-depth healthcare market understanding.
