Key Responsibilities:
- Lead competitive readiness strategy and execution planning for the Oncology therapeutic area.
- Conduct strategic assessments of competitor actions (market dynamics, brand/portfolio forecast implications, benchmarking strategic/operational approaches, business implications) and develop legally compliant cross-functional competitive response plans.
- Monitor and benchmark competitor developments for early warning of threats/opportunities.
- Proactively monitor the disease area, healthcare landscape, and macro environment (policy, regulatory, health technology) to identify US-relevant trends informing planning and portfolio growth.
- Partner with Competitive Intelligence to design and execute competitive planning initiatives, including competitive simulations; ensure compliant, timely execution of competitive/business intelligence (primary research, intelligence gathering, analysis, coordination with internal teams and external vendors).
- Develop and strengthen center-of-excellence capabilities.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare/consulting with at least 2 types of cross-functional roles (sales, marketing, strategy, market access or medical preferred).
- Recent US market commercialization experience (launch and product lifecycle stages) or General Manager experience internationally.

Skills/Experience (Preferred/Desirable):
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Market Access experience a plus.
- Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders.
- Autonomy, creative problem-solving, portfolio-focused competitive strategy.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity awards.
