Role: First dedicated Compensation Director at Olema Oncology, supporting the transition from clinical to commercial stages. Responsibilities: lead design, implementation, and governance of non-executive compensation programs, including base salary, equity, and sales incentives; partner with HR and senior leaders on compensation strategy and organizational growth; support executive compensation and Compensation Committee activities; develop frameworks and policies aligned with biotech industry standards. Qualifications: 10+ years in compensation, with deep biotech/pharma experience supporting clinical and commercial growth; expertise in broad-based, equity, and sales incentive compensation; strong analytical, modeling, and governance skills; bachelor's degree required, MBA or CPA preferred. High-Value: experience in biotech/pharma, organizational scaling, and high-growth environments; knowledge of market benchmarking, job architecture, equity administration, and compliance; proficiency with HRIS, market surveys, and advanced Excel; experience designing commercial/sales incentives is highly preferred. Collaboration: work closely with HR Business Partners, executive leaders, and external vendors; report to SVP, People & Culture. WorkSetup: hybrid based in SF or Boston; no travel specified.
