Role: Director, Compensation at Olema Oncology, supporting the company's transition from clinical development to commercialization. Responsibilities: develop and oversee non-executive compensation programs including base salary, equity, and sales incentives; lead market benchmarking, job architecture, and pay structures; support executive compensation and governance; partner on organizational design and workforce planning; ensure compliance and data integrity; collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external vendors. Requirements: 10+ years in biotech/pharma compensation, with expertise in broad-based and incentive compensation; deep knowledge of market data analysis, job evaluation, and compensation tools; experience supporting growth-stage organizations; strong strategic and tactical abilities in a fast-paced environment; advanced Excel and data governance skills; Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or CPA preferred. High-Value: supporting a high-growth biotech in late-stage clinical to commercial transition; experience with equity and sales compensation structures; familiarity with biotech compensation survey data (Radford/Aon); supporting organizational scaling and compliance.
