Role: Director, Compensation at Olema Oncology, leading the development and management of compensation programs supporting the company's transition from clinical-stage to commercial organization. Responsibilities: oversee broad-based, equity, and sales incentive compensation strategies; partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and executive compensation; ensure compliance, governance, and market competitiveness; develop scalable processes, frameworks, and analytics for high-growth biotech environment. Qualifications: 10+ years in compensation, preferably within biotech/pharma, with deep expertise in broad-based and incentive compensation, market benchmarking, job architecture, and data analytics; Bachelor's degree required, MBA or CPA preferred. HighValue: experience supporting organizations through clinical and commercial phases; familiarity with biotech-specific compensation survey data, equity platforms, HRIS, and incentive plan design; ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced setting; strong communication skills for executive-level presentations; hybrid work setup based in San Francisco or Boston. The role reports to SVP, People & Culture, and involves close collaboration with senior leaders and external vendors.
