Responsibilities
- Own commercial analytics, reporting, and enablement strategy, multi-quarter roadmap, and operating model.
- Define guiding principles and reporting strategy (push vs. pull), visualization standards, refresh cadence, and version control.
- Translate business priorities into analytics deliverables; measure adoption and iterate.
- Partner to design field force structure inputs; develop scenarios/assumptions for coverage and deployment.
- Lead territory alignments and rollout/change management; run targeting/segmentation and call planning refresh cycles.
- Establish incentive compensation (IC) philosophy; design IC plans with Finance/HR; lead end-to-end IC administration and governance controls.
- Own IC payout/true-up, inquiry/dispute resolution, remediation, and ongoing IC performance analytics.
- Deliver KPI frameworks, metrics dictionary, data-quality monitoring, standardized reporting, and tool selection/optimization.
- Design and deliver field analytics training/enablement; develop SOPs and field operating model; standardize requests/prioritization/communication.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure analytics outputs are compliant, audit-ready, and decision-ready.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in biotech/pharma commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, analytics, field operations, incentive compensation, and/or enablement.
- Experience leading targeting/segmentation/call planning with governance.
- Experience defining IC strategy and leading end-to-end IC plan design, administration, payout governance, and dispute/remediation.
- Proven commercial analytics/reporting strategy and dashboard/KPI delivery.
- Technical fluency: Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL; CRM (Salesforce/Veeva); IC/commission tools a plus.
- Vendor/consultant management experience.
- Travel up to ~20%.
Washington State Pay Range: $206,101β$247,546 USD
