Key Responsibilities
- Provide TA-level operational leadership for clinical supply strategy execution, resource management, and performance.
- Lead TA intake for new studies/assets and major protocol changes; include IRT awareness, comparator needs, and CMC-driven supply requirements.
- Assign and monitor assets across the TA portfolio; balance workload/resources by capacity, expertise, study tiering, and priority.
- Maintain forward-looking TA portfolio view; ensure early visibility of emergent changes and coordinate CSC response.
- Ensure end-to-end clinical supply planning/forecasting execution with CSLs and TSMs.
- Drive standardized processes/playbooks, escalation pathways, governance, and recommend improvements.
- Act as first point of resolution for cross-study conflicts, operational trade-offs, and timeline risks.
- Partner with GLS and CSC planning for supply reliability and logistics coordination.
- Own TA-level workload/capacity management; facilitate operational review meetings.
- Own KPI dashboards; use Control Tower/E2E supply data for trend analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, inspection readiness expectations, and CSC quality processes.
- Provide line management, coaching, and development for assigned staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in clinical supply chain/clinical or technical operations/related roles.
- GxP planning/study support/forecasting/operational leadership experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration/influence; understanding of investigational product supply and interfaces (CMC, Regulatory, Quality, GDO).
- Analytical skills with planning/metrics/dashboard insights; resource allocation and issue-resolution leadership.
- Ability to lead through influence/change adoption; coach/develop teams; manage change in complex environments.
