Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of Demand Alignment (DAM), Supply Review (SRM), and Clinical D&OP (CD&OP) forums (agenda/timing/materials/escalations).
- Ensure follow-through on decisions/actions/risks; support Executive S&OP discussions.
- Serve as CD&OP Execution Lead: document supply/demand gaps, risks, resolutions, and recommendations for Executive S&OP escalation.
- Partner with Clinical Operations and cross-functional R&D stakeholders to resolve business-critical issues and inform Clinical Supply Chain strategy.
- Partner with S&OP peers to drive continuous improvement and identify digital tools to enhance CP/CP&OP processes.
- Execute an integrated CD&OP operating cadence across forums; coordinate meetings, reports/metrics, and Executive review materials.
- Improve forecast accuracy and plan quality; strengthen performance metrics (incl. financial).
- Cascade/escalate supply risks and issues through governance.
- Validate patient enrollment forecasts (with TA pillars) and assess impacts to supply/demand risk.
- Provide training/coaching; align priorities with Clinical Supply Chain Business Unit Heads and governance forums.
Qualifications/Experience:
- BA/BS required (Supply Chain/Engineering/Business/related); MS/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years leading end-to-end clinical supply chain planning (demand forecasting, supply/inventory planning, S&OP-type execution) in a global matrixed org.
- Strong S&OP governance/process leadership; project/change leadership.
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
