Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of Demand Alignment (DAM), Supply Review (SRM), and Clinical CD&D Operations Planning (CD&OP) forums (agendas, timing/scheduling, materials, escalation).
- Ensure follow-through on decisions, actions, and risks; support Executive S&OP discussions as appropriate.
- Serve as CD&OP Execution Lead: document supply/demand gaps, risks, resolutions, and escalation recommendations to Executive S&OP.
- Partner with Clinical Operations and cross-functional R&D to bridge supply chain expertise with market/study knowledge to resolve business-critical issues and inform Clinical Supply Chain strategy.
- Partner with S&OP peers (Pharm/Bio, Cell Therapy, BP&T) to drive continuous improvement and identify digital tools.
- Sustain an integrated CD&OP operating cadence across Demand Alignment, Supply Review, Finance, Therapeutic/CSC level CD&OP, and Executive S&OP.
- Coordinate CD&OP meetings and deliver reports/metrics; manage scheduling and communication of key risks/tradeoffs/decisions.
- Partner with Demand & Supply Planning to improve forecast accuracy and performance metrics.
- Escalate supply risks/issues through governance; participate in GPS and R&D Finance/Comparator Reviews.
- Validate patient enrollment forecast quality and assess supply/demand impacts; train/coaching stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business or related; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years leading end-to-end clinical supply chain planning (demand forecasting, supply/inventory planning, S&OP execution) in a global matrix environment.
- Strong global governance/process leadership; project/change leadership.
- Executive communication/presentation; negotiation and stakeholder management; conflict resolution and sound decision-making under time pressure.
- Proven people leadership; results-oriented execution.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $193,150–$234,057 (Madison/Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ).
