Responsibilities encompass expert oversight of supply chain models, collaboration with cross-functional teams on commercialization planning, and stakeholder engagement to develop scalable, innovative distribution approaches aligned with regulatory and policy environments. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Masterβs preferred), 10+ years of industry experience in market access, trade, and distribution, with deep knowledge of pharma supply chains, specialty, and cell and gene therapy distribution channels. Proven leadership in strategic initiatives, strong analytical skills, and experience navigating US healthcare reimbursement and policy are essential. Preferred qualifications involve prior exposure to rare diseases, specialty pharma, and experience with new product launches. The role involves hybrid work (3 days in HQ) with up to 20% travel. Key biopharma specifics include focus on specialty, cell, and gene therapy distribution, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, patient support programs, and market access strategies.
