Role: Senior HR Business Partner supporting AbbVie's global business functions, focusing on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership development. Responsibilities: partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives; coach senior leaders on talent, succession planning, and culture; lead large-scale projects and change management initiatives; build strong relationships across HR centers of excellence; oversee HR metrics, budget, and resource allocation; develop and mentor HR teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in HR, with experience supporting global organizations; expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management; strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated leadership and project management experience. Preferred: experience in biopharma or regulated environments, with a focus on complex, matrixed organizations; ability to influence at senior levels; strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
