Position Summary:
Director, Bipolar Launch Lead (HCP) โ€” primary commercial brand point for COBENFYโ€™s US entry into the bipolar disorder market; lead Global-to-Local transition, build US execution/tactics across marketing, and establish commercial/medical foundations for best-in-class US label expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Worldwide strategy into differentiated, insight-driven US brand & go-to-market plans (market, payer, HCP ecosystem, patient journey).
- US commercial owner for Global-to-Local transition; represent US in global forums; surface US insights to Global for life-cycle decisions.
- Build/refine US bipolar HCP commercial strategy (positioning, segmentation, messaging, creative, launch blueprint).
- Diagnose launch inhibitors/accelerators; convert findings into sequenced initiatives and resourcing.
- Ensure legal/compliance alignment of strategies/plans/tactics.
- Partner with Market Development; align pre-launch brand building with broader launch strategy.
- Identify/communicate cross-indication synergies (schizophrenia โ†’ Bipolar I adoption).
- Integrate bipolar strategy into broader Neuroscience commercial plans via Brand Leadership Team; support senior reviews, KPIs, and launch framework refinement.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience with significant psychiatry exposure.
- At least one full product launch cycle with HCP brand strategy accountability (pre-launch + in-market).
- Experience with brand positioning, HCP segmentation, and promotional strategy in specialty/CNS.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in matrix environments.
- Strong analytical/strategic planning; comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving launch settings.
