Director, Access Programs

Role: Director, Access Programs within Commercial Operations & Channel Management, responsible for strategy and management of Patient Assistance and Copay programs to optimize patient affordability solutions. Responsibilities: oversee vendor performance, develop SOPs, improve workflows, leverage data insights for decision-making, and ensure program scalability and cost-efficiency. Collaborates cross-functionally with Market Access, Legal, Finance, and Product teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, with specific experience in patient assistance and copay programs, understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory environments. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, prior PAP experience, proficiency in operational data analysis, and strategic thinking. High-Value: focus on affordability programs, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making; fully remote role with occasional travel. Work setup: remote from anywhere with periodic travel.
