Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager, HIV Prevention

Location: Durham, NC (onsite 2 days/week). Domestic relocation package may be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Lead key DTC marketing activities: branded and unbranded social, influencer, audio, and print execution
- Lead experiential activations for the unbranded campaign
- Understand People Who Can Benefit from PrEP (PWBP), the competitive landscape, and US market trends to contribute to strategic campaign development, approval, and deployment
- Evolve digital content to reach patients
- Foster cross-functional/brand collaboration and build alliances
- Manage projects through Copy Approval/Promotional Review processes
- Manage agency partners for creative and tactical plans; set budgets, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
- Develop effective internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize programs
- Lead cross-functional teams (Copy Approval, partners, project teams)

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of US-based pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing and/or commercial roles
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience creating product messaging and developing tactics
- Experience navigating Copy Approval/Promotional Review Team (PRT) process

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or related field
- Prior PrEP or HIV market experience
- Matrix teamwork experience
- Media planning knowledge across multiple channels
- Project management and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Compliance acumen (pharma)
