Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Provide feedback on marketing tools, tactics, and the effectiveness of sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through total account management, including product access, reimbursement, and on-label medical questions.
- Execute national-level strategies; deliver branded and disease-state sales messages; and implement planned promotional programs.
- Demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of clinical data to external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong disease-state knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
- Create, develop, and execute a strategic business plan coordinated with regional counterparts based on local market and account knowledge.
- Collaborate with other field stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies for success.
- Consistently engage customers via in-person interactions or virtual meetings within assigned geography, delivering scientific and clinically targeted messages to launch and grow current and future brands.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to gain consistent access and build strong professional relationships with providers.
- Documented history of successful product launches in a highly competitive market.
- Drive to achieve results with integrity and in compliance with guidelines.
- Results-oriented with a history of successful sales performance (metrics and feedback).
- Extensive biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably focused on immunology or dermatology.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel as required using multiple transportation modes; overnights depend on territory/business needs.
- Valid driverโs license and satisfactory driving record.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong business planning, organization, and account management skills.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology patient access programs, market access, specialty pharmacies, and prior authorization pull-through initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and team members to achieve common goals.
Pay:
- Starting from USD $140,000.00/year.
