Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory/field/home-office teams to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead customer engagements (virtual or in person) using local insights to support pull-through.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex issues and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed teams; Associate applicants may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high-performance in navigating and selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is an essential function (unrestricted license required).

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Training:
- Complete required initial training/home study within set daily/weekly hour limits.
