Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and lead engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5+ years (per leveling) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams; alternatively complex sales environments (e.g., medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B). Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical self-starter; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement; experience engaging HCPs.
