Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges; deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights; lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years; Associate-level applicants with limited sales experience encouraged.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytical ability; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving: Essential; must have fully valid/unrestricted driverβs license.
Training: Complete initial training (home study β€8 hours/day; β€40 hours/week).
