Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to deliver effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market and competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach across virtual and face-to-face settings.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year college/university).
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments (medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B), with large geographically dispersed teams; Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven track record navigating and selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.

- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
