Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers (virtual and in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems collaboratively.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (within last 5 years); Associate applicants may have limited prior sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic skills; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.
Driving is an essential function (unrestricted driverβs license required).
For Field Roles with a Dedicated Training Period: complete initial training including home study.
Compensation/Benefits (US eligible): performance cash incentive; potential annual equity (by level); health/life/disability; 401(k) with match; time off.
Salary range: Associate $77,000β$143,000; TAS $93,800β$174,200; Senior $119,700β$222,300; Executive $132,300β$245,700.
