Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights and territory data to identify opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person), including pull-through efforts.
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex, geographically dispersed sales; strong field leadership and customer engagement. Associate applicants may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60–80%; ability to drive/fly in territory; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Compensation/Benefits (US eligible): Expected salary ranges by level ($77k–$245.7k) plus performance cash incentive; may include annual equity; benefits package (health, life, disability, 401(k) match) and time off.

For Field Roles with Dedicated Training: Complete initial training/home study (≀8 hrs/day, ≀40 hrs/week).
