Territory Account Specialist (TAS) β Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory, field, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face-to-face.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience within last 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; Associate level accepts limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance navigating/selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Compensation/Benefits (US-eligible):
- Salary range: Associate $77Kβ$143K; TAS $93.8Kβ$174.2K; Senior $119.7Kβ$222.3K; Executive $132.3Kβ$245.7K.
