Role Summary
The Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based specialty sales role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers.

Role Responsibilities
- Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
- Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
- Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access.
- Use data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners (Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management).
- Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- OR associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience
- OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or aligned therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years specialty sales (preferably dermatology, immunology, or inflammation).
- Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
- Digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling.

- Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700; additional Sales Incentive bonus; overtime eligibility during initial training; 401(k) with Pfizer matching; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
