Qualifications: B.S./B.A., 8+ years pharma or related experience; minimum 6 months in access and reimbursement roles, proficient with Polaris CRM, and experienced in benefits verification, prior authorization, and copay programs. Preferred: HUB experience, familiarity with encrypted email platforms, third-party vendor coordination, and specialty medication patient journeys. High-Value: focus on complex patient access for specialty therapies, with travel (~10-20%), remote work, and cross-functional collaboration with field teams, payers, and vendors. Work setup: remote in Central Time Zone, with travel as needed.
