Role: Field-based Patient Access Coordinator specializing in Reimbursement and Patient Support within Inflammation and Immunology. Objectives: manage end-to-end patient cases, support healthcare providers and patients with reimbursement, access, and coverage, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate patient journeys. Responsibilities: own case management from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, conduct benefits investigation, verify coverage, support prior authorization and appeals, coordinate appointments and assessments, administer copay and interim care programs, triage prescriptions, and ensure compliance and safety reporting. Qualifications: B.S. or B.A., 8+ years in customer-facing pharma roles, with at least 6 months experience in access and reimbursement, proficient in Polaris CRM, and strong knowledge of benefits verification, copay programs, and specialty medication processes. Preferred: experience with HUBs, encrypted email systems, third-party vendor coordination, and interim care programs. High-Value: field-based role supporting biologic or specialty pharmaceuticals in immunology, with a focus on reimbursement pathways, patient journey ownership, and compliance. Work setup: Remote in the US, with 10-20% travel, primarily in Eastern or Central time zones.
