Role Summary
Culture and Employee Experience Lead β North America. Lead Sanofi's culture and employee experience strategy across North America, driving transformational initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace environment. Shape and execute programs that bring to life Sanofi's values and support the mission to improve people's lives. Influence talent attraction, retention, and engagement while building a culture that drives business performance and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NA Business Unit and Function Heads, People Business Partners and Center of Excellence Leads to develop and implement Culture and Employee Experience plans aimed at enhancing workplace culture and helping drive business growth
- Partner with Employee Business Resource Groups and Affinity Groups to design and implement culture initiatives that drive awareness, ensure successful adoption, and measurable impact across Sanofi
- Lead the identification of North America Moments that Matter pain points through project management, journey mapping and solutioning in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Embed values, inclusion and ways of working across the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle
- Partner with Inclusion Lead on CIE initiatives as part of the broader CIE framework
- Co-lead (with Corporate Social Responsibility) the development and publishing of the Inclusion and Social Impact Report
- Collaborate with global partners to share best practices and align on global CIE approach and implementation
- Utilize employee engagement measurement and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and create appropriate action plans
- Create and maintain measurement systems/KPIs to track cultural evolution and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that elevate culture and EX narratives, amplify Sanofiβs employer brand, and reinforce Sanofiβs values
Qualifications
- Required: BA or BS degree
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources (HR) experience, including HR Business Partner, Talent Development or Culture/Inclusion focused roles
- Experience working on or leading culture initiatives across multiple functions and geographies, including engagement with inclusion and employee experience programs
- Operate with agility in ambiguous situations, quickly adapting priorities to meet evolving business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong background in change management and organizational development
- Experience with employee engagement measurement AI and MS Office 365
- Fluency with developing KPIs, data analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Global or multi-regional experience
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
