Role Summary
Corporate Responsibility Analyst at United Therapeutics Corporation. The analyst will advance the company's corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability program by managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the achievement of responsibility and sustainability goals. Reports to the Director, Corporate Responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of the annual Corporate Responsibility and Public Benefit Report and related disclosures, including implementation of systems and tools for consistent, accurate, auditable, and timely disclosures
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and tracking tools for sustainability-related initiatives under general supervision
- Coordinate internal committees and cross-functional working groups focused on priority environmental and social topics (e.g., GHG emissions, water, waste, inclusion and safety, sustainable supply chain, access to medicine)
- Support execution of third-party sustainability surveys and assessments (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, rater requests, or bespoke surveys) as prioritized with management and stakeholders
- Create and curate content for UT’s Corporate Responsibility website and communications to internal and external audiences
- Develop training materials and workshops to raise internal awareness of ESG principles
- Recommend and help implement enhancements to the Corporate Responsibility program and project management based on feedback, benchmarking, regulatory requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, sustainability, engineering, or related field; or Master’s Degree in sustainability, corporate responsibility, engineering, or related field (combination of related experience and education considered)
- Required: 2+ years of project management experience in sustainability or related areas with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 0+ years with a Master’s Degree
- Required: Ability to maintain detailed records, manage documentation, and ensure accuracy
- Required: Knowledge of environmental and social responsibility concepts and tools (GHG Protocol, GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD, TNFD, CDP, CSRD, LCA, and related ratings)
- Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively alone or in teams
- Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Required: High motivation, follow-through, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience preparing sustainability-related reports and disclosures
- Experience with stakeholder management and change enablement
