Role Responsibilities:
- Advise and counsel PGS BD, External Supply, PC1, PGS Procurement, and Global Supply Chain teams on negotiation, drafting, and alliance management for supply-related transactions.
- Support Quality organization on quality issues affecting supply; work with External Supply and PC1 on transactional matters.
- Serve as a manufacturing and supply subject matter expert for other Pfizer Legal practice groups.
- Participate in template and training teams to develop and drive efficient use of templates for routine agreements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Admission to practice law in US.
- JD plus 7+ years of legal experience, including drafting, negotiation, and alliance management support of life sciences transactions.
- Experience counseling on transactional matters relating to manufacturing, quality, and supply.
- Experience counseling on management of significant commercial disputes impacting manufacturing, quality, or supply.
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced, high-visibility matters independently with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Comfortable operating effectively in a matrix organization.
- Ability to manage high-volume workload; strategic, proactive, detail-oriented; strong prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders across geographies/cultures.
- Strong problem solving, project management, analytic skills; sound business judgment; relationship-building.
