Role Responsibilities:
- Advise and counsel PGS BD, External Supply, PC1, PGS Procurement, and the Global Supply Chain teams on negotiation, drafting, and alliance management for supply-related transactions
- Support the Quality organization on quality issues that may impact product supply; work with External Supply and PC1 on transactional matters
- Serve as a manufacturing and supply subject matter expert for other Pfizer Legal Division practice groups
- Participate in template and training teams to develop appropriate documents and drive efficient use of templates for routine agreements by client groups
Basic Qualifications:
- Admission to practice law in the US
- JD plus 7+ years of legal experience, including drafting, negotiation, and alliance management support of life sciences transactions
- Experience counseling clients on transactional matters relating to manufacturing, quality, and supply
- Experience counseling clients on the management of significant commercial disputes impacting manufacturing, quality, or supply
- Ability to independently manage complex, fast-paced, high-visibility matters with sound judgment when engaging and briefing leadership

- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, including enabling functions and business units
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workload and resolve pressing needs while tracking progress toward longer-term goals
- Strategic, proactive, detail-oriented; anticipates needs and prioritizes quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication; experience interacting with senior leaders across geographies and cultures
- High energy, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness; works well independently and in teams under pressure
- Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and analytic skills
- Sound business judgment and acumen; strong communication and relationship-building skills

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $189,200.00–$315,400.00; bonus target 22.5% of base salary; eligible for share-based long-term incentive program
